RETURN POLICY

Upon receiving, the buyer should inspect the shipment in the presence of our delivery person, making sure that the product is satisfactory, or it needs to be returned. Emi-Beti Ltd. does not accept (balloon) products that have not been returned upon receiving. Due to the fragility of the products, the balloons are not replaced or refunded.

 

The buyer has a refund option for the rest of products on our site, in the following cases:

  • delivery of goods that have not been ordered
  • delivery of goods that are with a fault, or damaged during transport.

 

An unimpaired product, accompanied by an invoice, can be returned within 5 days of receiving, and it will be replaced by a completely new product.

 

In case the customer wants a refund, this can also be done by returning the unimpaired product, accompanied with an invoice, within 5 days receiving.  In case of a product delivery failure, we are obligated to refund you to the account which the payment was made from, within 5 days of evidencing delivery failure.
